晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 students, alumni and La Mirada neighbors crowded around hot chocolate tables bundled in unusual southern California necessities coats and scarves to participate in the universitys 30th annual Christmas tree lighting.
Nearly 3,000 people were in attendance to participate in the count down to the lighting of the tree, led by 101-year-old Virginia Moats, a friend of 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023, this year.
A 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 student band led the crowd through Christmas carols while the audience was led in lighting individual candles creating a candlelight service atmosphere. The area was turned into a snowy winter wonderland once the tree was lit soapy suds simulating snow rained down from above.
Christmas music and crafts were in abundance for guests to enjoy. Following the tree lighting, a free concert featuring artists Jadon Lavik, Evan Wickham, Tyrone Wells, Dominic Balli, Trevor Davis and the PawnShop Kings was hosted by 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 Associated Students.
