LA MIRADA, CALIF. 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 is welcoming alumni and parents of current students on Oct. 23-24 for 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 Weekend, an annual event that encourages participants to be involved in various activities around campus. Throughout 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 Weekend, parents and alumni can listen to professors and take part in student activities.

Each year, 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 Weekend features annual events, like the Punk n Pie talent show that features student performances. Additionally, 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 will host the fifth annual , which contributes the entirety of the proceeds toward the funding of student scholarships.

[The Iron Eagle 5K] is the only event that is part of 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 Weekend that is specifically a fundraiser, said Don Bernstein, the assistant director of alumni relations at 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023. The proceeds from the 5K will go to the largest category of the Campaign [for 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023], which is to improve student affordability.

Bernstein notes that this is the first year the 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 community will be hosting extensions of the Iron Eagle 5K across the nation. Alumni Geoff and Kristy Mann will be hosting a run/walk in Berkeley, Calif., and the Nerud family will be hosting in the Wheaton, Ill. All proceeds from extension races will also go toward student scholarships.

In addition to annual events, the university is holding seminars, concerts from the Crowell Conservatory of Music and a picnic with President Barry H. Corey.

晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 Weekend also includes educational sessions and encourages parents and alumni to dialogue with professors. On Oct. 23, communication studies professor Arianna Malloy will speak at a chapel session. Fridays events will also include information meeting 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023s Study Abroad and Off-Campus Programs and various departmental seminars. Additionally, 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 will host a discussion with some of 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023s Bible professors as well as an opportunity for siblings of current students to spend the night on-campus.
