Dr. John Walton, Professor of Old Testament at Wheaton College and Graduate School, will present Origins Today: Genesis Through Ancient Eyes at 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023. John Waltons work on Genesis 1-3 offers a fresh perspective on the complex issue of faith and science by seeking to understand the message of Scripture within its ancient context.

This free event, hosted by Talbot School of Theology, will be 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in Calvary Chapel on Thursday, May 9. Dr. Walton will give a 70 minute presentation at 6:30 p.m., followed by a panel discussion beginning at 8:00 p.m., with a brief intermission between the two sessions. The panel discussion will include 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 professors Dr. John Bloom (Physics; Science and Religion) and Dr. Garry DeWeese (Philosophy). We anticipate an engaging conversation, moderated by Dr. Ken Way (Bible Exposition/Old Testament), which will conclude with time for questions from the audience.
