We are thrilled to be launching our new 晩晩当際際夊消消夊2023 EngageX series, said Dr. Michael Arena, the dean of the Crowell School of Business. Throughout our upcoming series, Crowell School of Business will engage in a world driven by AI, so we can shape its human value not be shaped by it. In doing so, we can use AI to amplify what makes us uniquely human: creativity, authenticity and morality.

The future of work is here and its powered by AI. Dont miss Ali Llewellyns keynote, The Future of Work: Leading Change in an AI-Powered World, where she reveals how emerging technologies are transforming leadership from managing fixed teams to orchestrating dynamic networks of people and machine intelligence. Discover why tomorrows leaders must embrace AI fluency, open innovation, and purpose-driven values to create organizations that are agile, ethical, and globally connected. Then, Ali will be joined by Ron Carucci (To Be Honest: Lead with the Power of Truth, Justice & Purpose) and Dean Michael Arena (Adaptive Space), for a dynamic panel packed with practical insights on leading with integrity, adaptability and purpose in a rapidly changing world.

 

Ali Llewellyn

Ali Llewellyn

Ali Llewellyn is focused on engaging the full faith ecosystem to shape the future of AI. She serves as Senior Manager of Gloo Open, an initiative that advocates for the development of values-aligned AI through open-source research, models, learnings, data and standards.

Previously, Ali served as Strategy and Formulation Manager for the Business Development and Technology Integration Office at NASAs Johnson Space Center. In this role, she advanced the formulation of strategic partnerships, accelerated technology integration, and enhanced NASAs capabilities to extend human presence throughout the solar system. While at NASA, she helped start the Open Government Initiative at NASA, and co-founded some of the largest mass collaborations in the world.

Ali also co-founded Quite Uncommon, a strategy and consulting firm that helps ministry leaders navigate uncertainty. She is co-author of the book published by Moody Publishers titled, What Comes Next? Shaping the Future in an Ever-Changing World.

Ali holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Classics from the University of Texas, and is an alumna of the International Space University Space Studies Program. She loves to travel but always comes home to Texas.

Ron Carucci is co-founder and managing partner at Navalent, working with CEOs and executives pursuing transformational change for their organizations, leaders, and industries. He has a thirty-year track record helping executives tackle challenges of strategy, organization and leadership. From start-ups to Fortune 10s, non-profits to heads-of-state, turn-arounds to new markets and strategies, overhauling leadership and culture to re-designing for growth. He has helped organizations articulate strategies that lead to accelerated growth, and design organizations that can execute those strategies. He has worked in more than 25 countries on 4 continents. He is the author of 9 books, including the Amazon #1 Rising to Power and the recently released multi-award winning To Be Honest, Lead with the Power of Truth, Justice & Purpose. He is a popular contributor to the Harvard Business Review, where Navalents work on leadership was named one of 2016s management ideas that mattered most. He is also a regular contributor to Forbes, and a two-time TEDx speaker; one of which, on the topic of power, has been viewed 1.3M times. His works been featured in Fortune, CEO Magazine, Inc., Business Insider, MSNBC, Business Week, Inc., Fast Company, Smart Business, and thought leaders.

Klon Kitchen is a distinguished national security expert having experience in counter terrorism, cyber operations and covert actions with featured publications in the Wall Street Journal and CBS News 60 Minutes among other media outlets. With previous experience as a national security advisor, intelligence officer and senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, Klon Kitchen regularly shapes policy discussions through congressional testimonies. Now, as Managing Director at Beacon Global Strategies, he assists technology and business leaders to manage geopolitical risks in the rapidly changing times.
